RACHEL LUCKE, M.S., CNS, LDN
Rachel specializes in using nutrition and herbs to support women’s health for the reproductive years. She works with women who are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive, and related issues, including thyroid, PCOS, anxiety, nutrient deficiencies, and food sensitivities.
While collaborating on your health, Rachel will commit to treating you like an individual, not a disease or a symptom. She will get to know your complexities, your lifestyle and habits, your biochemistry, and more to figure out what you should eat, how you should eat, and what she can do to help you make those goals a reality. She will support you in connecting to food intuitively, mindfully, and joyfully!
Rachel obtained her M.S. in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly Tai Sophia Institute) and completed her clinical rotation at the Natural Care Center in Laurel, MD. She is a licensed dietician–nutritionist in the State of Maryland and a nationally Certified Nutrition Specialist. She has enjoyed studying and serving in the field of natural health for over 15 years.
